This book is fantastic if you are outdoorsy and want outdoor activity suggestions and also are traveling by car and want suggestions for places to stop along the Wild Atlantic Way in Ireland. This is a great book for planning a trip to the west coast of Ireland, with information on all sorts of coves, beaches and trails to explore. The authors know their stuff when it comes to rock climbing, hiking, biking and kayaking the area; the book is loaded with ideas to get out and explore, or just relax and watch the Atlantic rollers coming in. Plus the photographs, many by the authors themselves, are wonderful, perfect for armchair traveling. Now I just have to figure how I can add a couple weeks to our upcoming trip.
