My son LOVES it. Nothing overtly sexual or otherwise inappropriate - sometimes happens with some kids books & film. If you are not "anti-wrestling" or "anti-CARS", then your kids might enjoy this book. Any CARS fans? You'll love it for sure, then.

My children are into Cars like you wouldn't believe. This book is perfect for bedtime stores. Lots of pictures to keep them entertaind. I also purchased the Tormentor monster truck and Frightening McMean monster truck to go along with the stories. They love to act out the story when done.
My son (2 1/2 years old) has gotten really into the Mater's Tall Tales movie on Netflix, so I thought we'd give this a try. He loves Mater and laughs throughout this entire book. It is typically his first choice for bedtime stories and I would highly recommend it for any Cars/Mater fans out there.
Just like all the other r cars toons book it is a great story, comical dialogue, and fun to read.
My son LOVES this book. Just wish it was available in a board book. The thin pages make it so I can't leave this book in my kids room or they will tear it up which is a pity since it's their favorite book.
I have a 4-year-old son and a 2-year-old son, and both are big fans of DisneyPixar Cars. Last year, my sons had gotten a Rescue Squad Mater play set and a UFM Mater play set, which he loved. I was curious about the stories behind them, having never seen the toons before, so I began searching on Amazon for books. I almost bought a couple of the books that have 3 stories each, when I saw a volume with all nine stories was available for pre-order. It was a much better deal, so I ordered it. When it arrived, I was impressed with its quality. The book is hardbound with a padded cover, and the pictures are large and vibrant. The stories are short and funny and my boys love them! So far, they like Moon Mater and "Flying Mater" (UFM: Unidentified Flying Mater) the best, but all nine stories are favorites.
